These products may pose unknown risks to life and property safety. Therefore,IWAKI Pumps Co., Ltd. will take the following legal actions in accordance with the law：

IWAKI strongly condemn any actions that violate business ethics and the spirit of contracts, and any serious infringement of IWAKI's legitimate rights and interests. IWAKI Pumps Co., Ltd. will take legal actions to hold the relevant parties accountable!

For those agents, distributors, or related parties who have already or will soon assist counterfeiters in illegally selling infringing products in China, if they continuw to participate in and/or assist in the sale of infringing products after the issuance of this announcement, IWAKI Pumps Co., Ltd. will reserve the right to pursue all leagl responsibilities in accordance with the law!
